This project in East Sussex marked the team's first full build, blending innovation with personal touches. The residence is clad in durable Siberian larch, which evolves beautifully with time and weather. Integrated solar panels on the roof provide sustainable energy, reducing grid reliance. Inside, the open-plan kitchen and living room offer uninterrupted views of the South Downs through trifold doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. A log-burning stove ensures warmth year-round, enhancing the cosy atmosphere. With the support of friends and colleagues, the project overcame challenges, resulting in a stunning, functional space that the client can enjoy for years to come.
